How to get audio pronunciation to work?

When I click the word for audio pronunciation I just get the first letter sound and not the whole word. How can this be corrected?

IT is working for me too . Hmmmm. I have had times when it cuts off words or randomly plays them when doing flashcards. I alsways thought it was something with my computer but maybe it is a system issue.

Do you mean with the dictionary? It's working fine for me.
