Actually I think the choice is between "Me duele la cabeza" and "A mí me duele la cabeza" the "a mí " is used for enphasis, or to distinguish yourself from the group.

In Spanish you generally don't use a possessive "mi" when referring to body parts. Instead, use the definite article.

Me duele la cabeza

Me cepillo los dientes

Me lavo el pelo

I found this online explanation:

Many reflexive verbs indicate that one is doing something to one's own body. Because the reflexive pronoun already indicates that the subject of the sentence is doing the action of the verb to him- or herself, it is considered repetitive to use a possessive adjective in front of the body parts in question. Thus, use the appropriate definite article in front of the body part rather than a possessive adjective

Hola Kitty, the most correct form in Spanish:

Me duele la cabeza. You can add a mí to give emphasis but it is not mandatory here.

(A mí) me duele la cabeza.

Me duele mi cabeza. is not natural.
