I've come across three words that mean ticket: boleto, billete, entrada. Are there any differences in usage?

Think the differences are mainly regional. In the part of Spain that I am familiar with, entrada can be used for a ticket to enter a theatre, a zoo or cinema etc., billete can be used for a bus or train ticket, and boleto for a lottery ticket etc. Don't know much about Latin America, think some areas use boleto as entrada is used in Spain.
