Como decir "to sound good (to someone)"?
¿Como se dice "to sound good" en español? La conversación siguiente tiene el sentido que busco.
"So, we'll meet at 6:15 in front of your house. Sound good?" "Yeah, sounds good to me."

Entonces, nos vemos a las 6:15 en tu casa. ¿Te parece bien?. Vale. me parece perfecto.
Tambien se podria decir (sound good):
¿Te hace?
¿Que me dices?
¿Ok?
¿Que te parece?
Suena bein? But for real, people use "como parece?" You could use "suena", nothing wrong with it...it conveys the same idea. My response would be "si, me parece bien." It sounds (looks) good to me. One of my most favorite uses of "paracer" is "parecido", which means "something like that." Si, mi suena bien. Podemos hacer esto o algo parecido" Yes, that sounds good to me. We can do that or something like it.
