Describing passage of time

If there's a SpanishDict lesson on this, please point me to it!

I've had some difficulty constructing sentences that indicate the passage of time or the time between two things. I know that the main words to use arehasta, desde, andpara/por, but putting them into sentences has required a lot of thought. Here are some examples I'd like help with. (My attempts follow each example.)

I'm completely bored of it after 2 days, though. Aunque me aburre completamente desde hace dos días.

I'm going to speak to you only in Spanish from now on. Voy a hablarte solamente en Español desde ahora.

I've had nothing to do at work since Sunday. No he tenido nada en que trabajar desde Domingo.

If you have examples of more complex time-related phrases, please demonstrate them for me!
