What is the best way to say

"I have never been to...(a country, maybe Ireland)" ?

Would it be "Nunca he estado a Irlanda"

o

"Nunca he estado en Irlanda."

o

"Nunca he sido a Irlanda" ?

"Been to," in this case is in the sense of going to visit somewhere. I feel like you would use estar but I'm not sure. I know this is a really basic question but I've received two different answers from two different people so I'd like some fresh opinions. Thanks in advance!
