Adjectives that end in "a".
Are there adjectives that end in "a" without them being feminine? If the end in an "a", how do you do masculine singular and plural? (Example (I think): materialista)

Any adjective that ends in "-ista/-istas" is both masculine and feminine. Example: comunista, marxista, perfeccionista, individualista, etc.
Another example would be rosa.
The example you gave is correct, & considering these -ista adjectives, there would be plenty of adjectives that end in -a. Using your example, you can say "un hombre materialista," as in "a materialistic man," & you can be sure that their genders agree.
