I just joined conjuguemos.com... but i dont know how to use it... any ideas?

I just joined a site called conjuguemos.com. My spanish teacher assigned it but I have no idea how to use it!!! Anybody familiar with this I would really appreciate the help!

If your Spanish teacher assigned that web site to you, how did you come to be on Span¡shD!ct.com??
