I was wondering if someone could help me find a site where one can translate english to spanish on HTML programs for web site presentation.

Be aware that translations provided by Google (or any other mechanized translator) frequently provide nonsense/garbage for their outputs.

Some sites have auto translate. Put your cursor anywhere on the page (away from any text) and right click on it. If not, highlight all the text you want. When a little blue box comes up next to your cursor, click it. It will give you choice to translate it. When you google whatever it is you want, in the listings next the address of the page, it has a translate choice (sometimes).
