"me falla"
In Sería Feliz, Julieta Venegas sings
tiempo suficiente me falla cada vez
vida suficiente me falla
The online dictionionaries give the following meanings for "me falla"
- I fault
- Fails me
- It fails to me
Hmm. Not exactly everyday english!
Trying a traditional dictionary I found a lot of meanings for "fallar". I wondered if the best translation here might be 'I get it wrong'.

In my opinion, it is something like "Having enough time lets me down(Fails me)." Not a good translation.. maybe like "I always run out of time" for the first one, and "Life is never good enough for me" for the second
