How do you turn on the audio so you can hear them pronounce the word

You must tells us more about your system (computer and operating system). If you have no sound at all, you may have a volume switch like on my ThinkPad that could be turned off. Also on some system the sound could be turned off in the BIOS. If I remember correctly in Windows there is a speaker symbol you can click on with the mouse to adjust the volume.

It has always worked for me. It may be a setting on your computer. You may try going into your audio properties and adjusting them.
