Fuera de serie

Hello. I was wondering if anyone had heard this phrase "fuera de serie" as in "Tu eres un chico fuera de serie". I think it means "You are an exceptional boy". I hope someone can confirm this. Thanks.

• "Out of the Ordinary"

• "Over-the-Top"

• “off the charts”

• "out of this world"
