a Dios yo pregunta
yo soy no digno de ser amable

When I first saw your post, I suspected that you meant to say "I am not worthy of being loved." (No soy digno de / merezco ser amado. However, you did not supply the English version of what you wanted to say. Supplying only the Spanish attempt (without some indication of the intended meaning) is not the best way to get helpful answers.
Ahhhh, esto ha sido difícil de adivinar, buena adivinanza DR, pero le sobre "lo" a tu frase:
Y a Dios le pongo por testigo: no soy digno de ser amado. /no merezco tu amor.
No merezco tu amor. (I don't deserve your love).
Is this what you are trying to get at?
How about, yo soy no digno de siendo amado
Well, if it is a question, it should be: ¿Soy digno de ser amado?
Yo is not necessary, would it be a redundancy
yo no soy digno de ser amable
I am not worthy to be / of being nice. A strange thing to say.
