I think that you need to provide context. If we are talking pronouns then subjective would be personal pronouns used as the subject of a sentence or clause (yo, tú, él, etc.) while objective pronouns would be those used as a direct or indirect object of the verb or an object of the preposition (mí, ti/te, él/lo/le, etc.)

In English it would be the difference between I and me, he and him, etc.

If you are doing any research in English look for case (i.e. subjective case or objective case).
