Mañana por la mañana, mi familia y yo va a ir la ciudad de Chicago. Mi esposo quiere ver el Museo de Ciencia y Tecnología. Él pensa esa mi hija y yo va a disfrutar el museo. Yo sabe eso.

Yo fui al museo hace 5 años. Yo gusté los objetos exhibidos. Pienso mi hija va a gusta el exhibido de los pollitos saliendo los cascaróns.

Estoy entusiasmada para compartir el museo con mi familia.

I am not quite sure what you are trying to say here

This looks OK to me

Yo gusté los objetos exhibidos.

Me gustaron las piezas de museo

Pienso mi hija va a gusta el exhibido de los pollitos saliendo los cascaróns.

I don't think that you can use exhibido like this (but I could be wrong). Also they way that you have constructed the sentence, you have two clauses (two conjugated verbs) and you are going to need some type of conjunction (I am not 100% sure about the use of lo cual)

Pienso que a mi hija le gustará la obra/exposición/exhibición en la que los pollitos terminan la incubación, rompen las cáscaras y salen.

Estoy entusiasmada para compartir el museo con mi familia.

Me entusiasmo con compartir esta excursión al museo con mi familia.

I don't know that there was anything wrong with sharing the museum with your family, but I wasn't sure so I just added esta excursión.
