Since the gender of the word casa if feminine, you would say "las casas."

When you look up any noun, just below the term in bold you should see it described as either masculine or feminine. el or los are usually male and la and las are usually female.

If there is only one house, you would say la casa = the house. If there are two or more houses, you would say las casas = the houses.

la/las = feminine

The park = el parque The parks = los parques

el/los = masculine

It would be, "las casas," because casa is femonino feminine so you need to keep it consistent.
