How do you say please "forget about me" in Spanish?
There are all kinds of different ways to speak Spanish, but I need to know the correct way to say it the way they would in Mexico.

"please forget about me"="porfavor alvidame" or Porfavor alvidate de me"
Dejame....Olvidame....Sueltame...in context they all mean the same. You would say, Look, I'm no good for you, sueltame....dejame....olvidame. All the same in context. Olvidame is the most plain kinda text book right out of the translator way to say it.
The vast majority of words are the same in any language. It's just when you want to sound like you have some flavor, like you think for yourself, that you go searching and using out of the way kinds of words, oiste?? ![]()
I would say olvídame.
Nikki got it right --olvídame
"please forget about me"="porfavor alvidame" or Porfavor alvidate de me"
Okay, I don´t know why that was chosen as best answer... and excuse me if I am out of line, but that is not anywhere near correct.
Por favor, olvídame is how it is written.
