How do you say Nikki in Spanish?

I need the translation for a Spanish name in Spanish class.

My grandmothers name was Nicolasa - its about as close to Nikki , but in actuality it would be more like Nicole.

Well, the Spanish equivalent to John is Juan, but a man named John who travels to Spain/Mexico/Cuba ect . . . would still be named "John"
