How do I say "I am (profession)"? Which verb?

I need to say my job- I have the vocabulary for my job, but I don't know how to put it in sentence form. Thanks!

You simply use the verb "soy". For example, soy doctor. You do not need to add an article such as el or la in front of the profession.
