Ex-novia is my best guess. I have seen that term used before. Whether it is correct or not, I'm not sure.

bruja, perra, traidora, there are lots of ways to say it.

I don't know enough Spanish pejoratives to translate ex wife, though.

I think that Nicole is correct.

In the video lessons, Paralee uses ex-novio to describe and ex-boyfriend, so it is reasonable to assume that ex-novia would be ex-girlfriend.
