Does anybody knows what this means in Spanish? Thanks

"Vuelo nocturno" is the way I would translate this. These flights usually depart at night and reach destination the next day.

Hmm... I've never heard anything used for that. Maybe "Ultimo vuelo de la noche" o "Vuelo de noche?"

I wanted to add that since it is an English term, it might just be "Vuelo de Red-eye."
