what is "kreso" in english??

Question

In my native P.R, "kreso" or "creso" is a powerfull desinfectant, black colored, that turns almost white when diluted with water. Anyone know it's name in english?

I do believe that this "kreso" you speak of is either a brand name of disinfectant, a local slang/dialect-exclusive word, or maybe just a word that has no obvious translation between Spanish and English. This is often the case with some words in Chinese to English, and I've seen a few examples of it in Spanish, so it's entirely plausible that "kreso" might be one of them.
