Another excellent movie pick in Spanish

Question

This one from Spain rather than my usual fare from Mexico and South America.

Mad Love: The basically true story of Juana de Castilla, daughter of Queen Isabella of Spain, who married was selected by parents to marry Archduke Fernando of Austria. After marrying, she fell madly in love with the Fernando. When Juana's mother and older brothers die in 1504, Juana becomes queen, but her discovery of her husband's many lovers leads to erratic behavior and her cheating husband takes the opportunity to declare Juana insane and himself king King of Castile.

Very good cinematography too.

Subtitles are not great but the language is relatively easy to understand. Available on Netflix by mail but not instant view.

I think that there should be a "Reference Section" for your movie picks!! I am afraid that when I can finally understand enough to watch them, I won't be able to find all these terrific posts......

I haven't finished watching the other five yet. Give me a break. Just kidding. I have recently bought Under the Same Moon but haven't watched it yet. When I get a chance I will look at it. I will also look into this one. Thanks for the heads-up on all the good movies.
