How do you get a new profile picture?

I need to know because I want a picture of my puppy on my profile picture

With a button to the right that says browse. You use the browse button to navigate to pictures on your hard drive than select upload.

Click on your own user name on the top right. Then click on "Edit your profile" on the left . You should see a picture upload function
