Mucho gusto may or may not have an answer, in the real life. It's something I would say when you and I are introduced. This is Tina. Tina, this is Chris. Ok, mucho gusto, Tina. You may say "encontada" just to be polite ("a" ending because you are a girl saying it, "o" ending is what I'd use cause I'm a dude). You may not say that because you don't really care and you don't really care for me. In formal settings, the response is "encontado(a)" Real world? Depends on if you care or not. wink Just for clarity, in the real world, if you don't say encontada, it's clear to me you don't like me, or you are indifferent to knowing my name. It's like in the spanish world lighting someone's cigarette. If I hold the lighter to a person, that lowers my standing instantly. It's ok if I light the cigarette of my wife, not ok if I light the cigarette of a conocido, or a stranger. Never light the cigarette of your boss: its says you are a complete besadora. wink
