Sí, they say ¿mande? o ¿cómo?. It´s like, come again?, huh?, or what?

N.B. At least in Mexico, "mande" is a perfectly polite way of asking somebody to repeat what they said (more like "sorry?" in English), whereas things like "huh?", "come again?" could be perceived as impolite. - Neil-Coffey, Sep 26, 2009
Yeah, I guess. I really don´t think it´s that polite. I prefer ¿cómo?. - NikkiLR, Sep 26, 2009
Kind of llike "excuse me?" - NikkiLR, Sep 26, 2009

Mande is a word, around this part of the world, that's used as No me mande, or don't play. Como? is a big one that comes to us from the Mexicans. Que dices? and Que fue? is one the Puerto Ricans like to use. Personally have never heard mande in the form of repeat that to me. wink
