What does it mean to "flag a question" in Spanish Dict land? My reputation allows for it but I'm not doing it until I know what it is.

You do that for posts that contain obscenities, racial slurs, links to malicious websites or adult content...that sort of thing. It's lets administrators know that they may need to delete the post.
