¿Cómo se dice "Headquarters" in español?

I am trying to say, "at Headquarters Plaza"

(a little reference on HP, it's a Mall)

According to the dictionary on this site it would be Sede

I really don't know why they chose the name...but we can also think they want to use the military term:

HI deb, why would you call a mall a headquarter? Makes no sense to me.
