"Ven" is the command in the "tu" form.
"Vengan" is the command in the plural "ustedes" form.
Both come from the verb "venir" (to come).

Ehh...
Ven is the 3rd person plural form of the indicative present.
Vengan is the 3rd person plural form of the subjunctive present.
