"It would be" vs. "It would have been"

"It would be" vs. "It would have been"

I want to say "It would be great to see you again."

My understanding of the tenses is this: "It will be..." = "Será buenísimo a verte otra vez." (condicional). "It would have been..." = "Habría sido buenísimo a verte otra vez." (condicional perfecto)

How would I say "It would be..."? As in, "I'm not sure that I will be able to, but I hope to see you again."

Gracias.

"It would be" - is future conditional - play with "sería" .... in the translater.

Será is "it will be" while sería is "it would be"

sería is the conditional, "would be"

Sería buenísimo a verte otra vez.

For clarification, take a look at http://www.spanishdict.com/conjugate/ser

será is actually the future tense

hope that helps!

"Habría sido buenísimo -- verte otra vez.

Just a last comment, no "a" in the sentence.

Thanks all. Dumb mistake on my part - right translation of "será", wrong label of the tense.

I love this site!
