Me he converso? This is correct?

Question

I see when conjugating the verb convertirse, the past participle is converso. I naturally thought that it would be convertido. I was going to write, me he convertido, and according to this site that is incorrect. Here it says me he converso is the correct way.

I decided to do some research about it, and I found that everyone used the word ¨convertido¨, even the popular new site, such as ABC. I tried to search ¨converso¨and I cannot find anything about it, or anyone that uses it. Even my boyfriend says he has never heard of it.

Can anyone tell me why this is?

It's another error in the conjugation-section on this site, I'm afraid.

The past participle is convertido, as you supposed.

However, converso is a well-known word. It´s a noun used to refer to Jewish or Muslim person who apparently converted to Christianity in Spain during the late Middle Ages to avoid persecution or expulsion but continued to practice their religion secretly.
