How do you key spanish punctuation marks (upside down ? !)?

If you are writing them here, then you click on the symbols at the bottom of the editor's box.

If you only want to use them infrequently, the ALT 168 and ALT 173 work in other documents.

I would suggest that you enable a keyboard on your computer capable of creating the Spanish characters if you plan on writing in Spanish with any regularity. There are Reference articles and previous threads instructing you on how to accomplish that on this site.
