A Great Movie in Spanish

Question

My fellow students of Spanish are always asking here for ways to learn more Spanish or more quickly and about movies in Spanish generally. I saw a great one tonight that I highly recommend to any lover of classic black and white westerns and interested in Mexican Spanish. Pedro Enfante stars in El Enamorado. Got it from Netflix. They have several similar films at Netflix. As I see them, I'll post from time those that are particularly good, in my humble opinion.

¡Una obra clásica western! No hay subtítulos para mis gringos compañeros pero fácil seguir Y no hablan demasiado rapido y hablan muy claramente. Todo alrededor una gran película.

Here is the description from the publisher:

Martin has two forces pulling him in opposite directions: His wife, Rosario, and his loyalty to his village, which is under attack by a group of violent bandits called Los Coyotes. Eventually, Rosario agrees to let her husband defend the townspeople, and Martin bears arms against the bad guys.

I like the old westerns. Thanks. - Seitheach, Sep 18, 2009
