Hello and welcome to the forum.
Here's an article from our Reference section that shows you how to conjugate verbs.
As for your question it's "ella comprende" (she understands).

I'll tell you...plays it like a game. Ella (a) ...ella (o)....ella (ieste)....etc. Don't make your life hard. Ain't it hard enough??? 
Think of it as a game....this will help you bunches! Ella comprender...(a), (o), (iste), ect.
