How do I forward a translation to a friends email?

Gracias, I am learning Castillano in order to communicate with some of the beautiful women that I am meeting here in Costa Rica. Your translation service is great, however I do not know how to forward your translation via email to some of the friends that I want to communicate with. Can you please help me to do that. Gracias

Hi Fred. Welcome to the forum. 
Why not simply do a copy and paste into an email?
Of course, you know that the translators don't do such a great job, so you'll have to go over the text and correct some mistakes in translation. If you have any specific questions feel free to post them here on SpanishDict.
