I'm not sure if you want English legal terminology translated to Spanish or the reverse. There are web sites that will translate individual words. However, if it is a full document, I would take it to a law office that provides translation services.
Having been involved with transcription for awhile, when you are talking about legal or medical terminology, it is a whole separate language. If you have an important legal decision or information you need to read, it is difficult enough dealing with English/Spanish translations. Now you are throwing a third strange language in the mix. You might want to leave this to the professionals.
