How do you say picky like for food. For example when you wont eat

When a person is picky for the food, we say: he is "delicado" or caprichoso for the food.

In Mexico: chiqueado, chiquión, mañoso, delicado, quisquilloso, exigente, especial (with sarcasm).

It could be quisquilloso or the dictionary on this site says it could be exigente or escrupuloso.

In Colombia we would say 'complicada" to a picky person

WE use exigente, escrupuloso, quisquilloso and tiquismiquis in Spain.
