Here are a couple of ways for you!

The check please. = La Cuenta, por favor.

Is the tip included? = ¿Está incluida la propina?

Can I pay with a credit card? = ¿Puedo pagar con tarjeta de crédito?

Do you take credit cards? = ¿Aceptan tarjetas de crédito?

Can I pay with cash? = ¿Puedo pagar en efectivo?

I need a copy of the receipt. = Necesito una copia del recibo.

Can I have a receipt, please? = ¿Me podría dar un recibo, por favor?

Can you please leave this for the waiter/waitress? = ¿Podría dejar esto para el mesero/ la mesera?

I have noticed that you have used two words for "cuenta" (check and bill). I suppose "check" is used in American English and "bill" is used in British English.

Here in Massachusetts we use both "bill" and "check" to mean "cuenta." Also, if you're sitting at the bar and drinking with your friends you'd say "can I pay my tab?"
