How to pronounce 'V' and 'W' in Spanish alphabet

Hi, could someone please tell me how to pronounce 'V' and 'W' when saying the Spanish alphabet? I have been told 'V' is both 've' and 'oo-ve' and 'W' is both 'oo-ve-doble' and 'doble-oo'! Thanks to whoever can clarify this for me!

"v" as in volkswagon, "w" as in wwwhheeeepppppaaaa!!!!!! (Sike, I'm just kiddin') "w" as in wet.
