It's spanish chat room talk. It's asking "who is" something or other. Did you copy down the "lucku" part right? Besides, we aren't even allowed talk like that in here. You 'bout to get me in trouble.

find it useful. Could it be that it is a misspelling of "lucky?"

Perhaps it is saying "that is lucky"
