How do you change your avatar? i've already tried "change avatar" and selected new image but when i click "update" it says my profile has been updated but nothing changes. Anyone having a problem with this? Thank you, any feedback will be greatly appreciated and I apologize in advance if I posted this incorrectly in anyway. ty

It may well be due to the file size of the photo you are trying to load. I will try to find out what is the maximum file size allowed.

We believe the maximum file size of an avatar should be no greater than 2 mb.

It also could be the format of the avatar. I am not sure if it is still true, but used to be only *.gif or *.jpg could be displayed on the intenet.
