The best way to say 'try hard'?

I have heard the phrase 'echarle ganas' and I know you can also say 'hacer un esfuerza' or 'dar esfuerza'.

I want to say "Always try hard" to the effect of "Always give your best (effort)." What is a good, concise way to say this? Or is "Siempre echale ganas" good?

- webdunce, Sep 9, 2009

La manera más facíl es ' Trabajas mucho!'

O puedes usar el subjunctivo : "Que trabaja mucho!"
