What exclamation can I use, I just wanted to say that I'm sad that he is not doing is show today, because I always enjoy it so much. From what you say "¡Qué lástima! / ¡Qué pena! " sound like it would be really bad?

I go with "¿No vas a transmitir tu programa de radio?
Which exclamation to use depends on whether you want to say "What a shame (pity)!" or "How annoying" or ""What a pain" or "How inconvenient"
tengas un día muy bueno (same thing)
