¡Hola!

I was wondering if people that use this website would please answer this question i have...

Do you know any Spanish slang, and if so would you please post it and its meaning?

I would love to expand my Spanish vocabulary from beyond just the regular words.

If you have any that you know, please put them down, as i would love to learn them.

You don't have to post them all, i would just like a couple of examples just to see what there is.

I was also wondering, does anyone know any words that are not commonly used?

These would also be fun to learn.

Muchas Gracias.

Well, as long as they are no swearing or foul language we allow all kind of discussions here.

By the way, we had a very nice thread on Mexican slang, let's see if I can find the thread. grin

Just like it would be impossible to list all the English slang, or colloquialisms, it's impossible to list them in Spanish. People from all over the world, e.g., PR, Cuba, Mexico, Spain, etc. have their own way of speaking in informal situations.

Here's a Spanish Slang Dictionary. You can browse through that . wink

No, i do not mean the cussing words, I just meant some other words, like for example, vato or ese. I know these are very common as i have heard them a lot. I mean words like these.

HI sarah, most slang includes swear words, we do not allow this language on this forum.

If you wish to ask any question you can do so, but no swearing or foul language.
