"no me hace caso"

Question

My friend was telling me about a boy she has a crush on and she said to me, "no me hace caso"

I tried to say, "well just ignore him back" and I was wondering how I to word that,

"No le hagas caso" ?

And how could I add the "back" part, like, in the sense of retaliation or something?
