Shouldn't the verb tener be used to describe hair, tengo el pelo largo y rubio. as I have long blonde hair? - kenwilliams, Sep 2, 2009

"Canoso" means that the person has lots of grey hairs, whereas "cano" means that the entire hair or beard is grey (sometimes, only most of it).

As a person who seems to be more and more salt and less and less pepper with each passing day, I have no problem with this viewpoint - Izanoni1, Sep 1, 2009
