I read this in a newspaper: "El evento anual cuenta con un festival dedos semana, completo con desfiles, fiestas publicas y fuegos artificiales." What does "dedos semana" mean?

Wouldn't that be "un festival de dos semanas" meaning a festival lasting two weeks?
