i'm thinking maybe it's "un gringo loco y yo", in which case, I think it means "a crazy (American/Yankee/foreign) guy and I"

gringo in a general sense means foreigner, but it usually refers to North Americans

the u makes no sense in this location

it's poorly written=nonsensical
