I don't know how to say good by in a message or letter, of course informal like this. I think best wishes is to formal an "love"is to much friendly Susana B.

Well the "formal" endings are

Yours sincerely if you started the letter Dear "Joe or Jane or any other name".

Yours faithfully if you started the letter Dear Sir.

However, for an informal ending, why not just finish with

Regards.

How about "saludos" for a closure? It's informal but nice.
