It is a bit strange, because the one who asks says "Oiga", using "usted", and the answer uses "tú"; otherwise it is fine. However, if you put a comma after "Después", it should be read with a clear pause, and there is no need for one here (in English the comma is normal, but in Spanish not, unless you want a pause here).

Not wrong, but it sounds more natural this way.

It is very colloquial, but people talk like this. For some reason, I would have said something before that sentence, like "Es muy fácil:" or "Sí, verás:", probably because start in present tense like that can be a bit unexpected. Of course, this is not necessary.

Same thing with the comma after "Allí", but this time, the pause sounds unnecessarily artificial, in my opinion. Remember that you don't have to put a comma after an initial adverb, but if you use a long initial adverbial phrase, the comma is advisable, both in writing and in speaking.

Ok, done, but before I look at it or anybody else, have a look at your verbs, izabela. Look in the conjugation , you got too many subjuntives wrong- When you use the imperative you have to use the subjunctive (formal). You have actually mixed them up, formal and informal. Check this out before we help you correct.

Now: is it ok to tell sb the way using the present tense in Spanish - as if referring to a hypothetical situation? "You go straight on, then you turn right..." (assuming that there is no need to use formal language). It is correct in Polish, and in the two dialogues below I followed the example from my book for learning Spanish.
